1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Q9BOT website and software services ("Services"). By accessing the website or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Nature of the Service

Q9BOT provides automated trading software for four markets only: Crypto, Stocks, Forex and Polymarket. We are a software provider. We are not a broker, exchange, fund, custodian or financial advisor, and we do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not offer any service outside these four bots.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use automated trading software and to trade the relevant markets. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws and with the terms of any exchange, broker or platform you connect.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your trading strategies, configurations and risk settings.
• You retain custody of your own funds; you connect via trade-only API keys.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure.
• You accept that all trading decisions and their outcomes are your own.

5. Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that trading is high-risk, that there are no guarantees of profit, that around 95% of retail traders lose money, and that you may lose some or all of your capital. You accept the full Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. No Warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Services will be available at all times or free of technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q9BOT and its owners, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

8. Payments

Paid plans grant access to the software only. Fees do not purchase, and do not guarantee, any trading result. Pricing may change, and any prices currently displayed may be placeholders pending final launch pricing.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
